Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions outline the conditions and procedures for using the website of the 2024 Bitgaram International Expo of Electric Power Technology (Secretariat), as well as the rights, obligations, and other necessary information applicable to the Secretariat and its users.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms and Conditions)
1. The Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Users can always view the latest version on the 2024 Bitgaram International Expo of Electric Power Technology (BIXPO 2024) website.
2. These Terms and Conditions become effective once announced on the BIXPO 2024 website. If a user disagrees with the updated Terms and Conditions, they may contact the Secretariat via the email provided at the bottom of the website and request the deletion of their registration information. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Article 3 (Rules other than Terms and Conditions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Definitions)
1. Service refers to the content provided by the service provider in the website menu, including event overviews, exhibitions, conferences, invention fairs, and other offerings on the BIXPO 2024 website.
2. A registrant refers to an individual registered as a member on the BIXPO 2024 website. Registrants are entitled to use all services provided by the Secretariat.
3. A non-registrant refers to an individual who uses the services available on the BIXPO 2024 website without registering.
4. When registering, users must provide complete and accurate information. Any changes to this information must be updated immediately.
5. User refers to both registrants and non-registrants who use the services on the BIXPO 2024 website.
Article 5 (Registration)
1. Users must complete the Secretariat's registration form and agree to these Terms and Conditions to make their registration effective.
2. Users who register as described in paragraph 1 are recognized as registrants on the BIXPO website, unless they meet any of the following conditions:
  • - Providing false information during registration
  • - Engaging in duplicate registration and usage
  • - Registering with intent to disrupt public order or morals
  • - Violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in actions deemed significantly disruptive to the operation of the BIXPO 2024 website
  • - Other cases deemed necessary by the Secretariat
Article 6 (Change of Registration Information)
Registrants are required to promptly update any changes to their registration information. Changes can be made directly online or requested through the administrator. The registrant is responsible for any issues arising from failure to update their information.
Article 7 (Deletion and Cancellation of Registration Information)
1. To delete their registration information, registrants must contact the Secretariat via email or phone.
2. The BIXPO website may delete or cancel a registrant's registration without prior notice in the following circumstances:
  • - Stealing someone else’s registrant ID and password
  • - Causing harm to others or engaging in harmful acts
  • - Planning or executing acts against public order or morals, such as promoting speculative behavior or posting vulgar or pornographic materials
  • - Unfairly damaging others' information processed, stored, or transmitted through information and communications networks, including actions such as collecting, storing, infringing, stealing, or leaking personal information
  • - Posting unnecessary or unauthorized advertisements, promotional materials, or sending spam emails
  • - Persistently sending advertising emails after the recipient has expressly refused
  • - Engaging in other illegal or unfair acts prohibited by relevant laws, such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
  • - Other cases deemed necessary by the Secretariat
Article 8 (Service Hours)
1. Services not requiring administrator assistance are available 24/7, unless there are special business or technical issues. However, services may be suspended due to natural disasters or for system maintenance.
2. Services directly administered by the Secretariat operate during designated management hours for the BIXPO 2024 website.
Article 9 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)
The BIXPO website may restrict or suspend part or all of its services under the following circumstances. The BIXPO website is not responsible for any problems arising from service interruptions:
  • - Force majeure events such as natural disasters, national emergencies, and anticipated changes in government budgets.
  • - Maintenance, construction, or system failures of service facilities.
  • - Excessive use of services causing operational issues.
  • - Suspension of telecommunication services by the national telecommunication service provider.
  • - Other circumstances deemed necessary by the Secretariat.
Article 10 (Links)
The BIXPO website may provide links to third-party websites or materials. Since the BIXPO website has no control over such sites and materials, the website is not responsible for the content, advertisements, products, etc. of linked sites and materials, unless there is clear evidence of intentional endorsement or gross negligence by the Secretariat.
Article 11 (User Obligations)
1. Users must comply with relevant laws, regulations, these Terms and Conditions, usage guidelines, service announcements, and other notifications from the Secretariat.
2. Users are not allowed to copy, duplicate, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, or provide it to others without the Secretariat’s consent.
3. Registrants are responsible for maintaining the security of their ID and password. They bear full responsibility for any consequences of using their ID and password. In the event of unauthorized use of their credentials, registrants must promptly notify the Secretariat. The assigned IDs and passwords cannot be sold or transferred to others.
4. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete information. Any changes to this information must be promptly updated.
5. Users are prohibited from conducting commercial activities using the information and services provided by the Secretariat.
Article 12 (Obligations of the 2024 Bitgaram International Expo of Electric Power Technology)
1. The BIXPO website endeavors to provide users with stable services at all times.
2. The BIXPO website adheres to laws governing the operation and maintenance of services, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Utilization and the Framework Act on Telecommunications.
Article 13 (Protection of Personal Information)
1. The BIXPO website uses registrant information solely for the operation and improvement of events.
2. The BIXPO website does not disclose member information to third parties without the member’s consent.
3. The BIXPO website is committed to handling personal information with the utmost care.
Article 14 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
1. The BIXPO website may disclose personal information, such as the user's name and email address, to third parties within the limits of the law under the following circumstances:
  • - When investigative or government agencies require information regarding the user's violations of applicable laws while using the service.
  • - To safeguard information by verifying and preventing infringements, including violations of relevant laws by users or violations of these Service Terms.

Article 15 (Disclaimer)
1. The BIXPO website is not liable for any failure by users to achieve expected benefits from the services provided on the 2024 Bitgaram International Expo of Electric Power Technology website, nor for any profits or losses resulting from the selection or use of service materials.
2. The BIXPO 2024 website is not responsible for any disruptions caused by users.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of a lawsuit related to the use of this service, the court located at the venue of the 2024 Bitgaram International Expo of Electric Power Technology will have the authority to hear the case.
